Meet Your Host

Hi, I’m Kyoko — a Japanese food guide with a background in international life and holistic wellness.
I offer miso-making and handmade udon workshops that connect people to the rhythm of nature, the joy of creating food by hand, and the warmth of Japanese culture.
For the past two years, I’ve taught udon-making to children in Taiwan, and each year, I lead a special workshop at an international school in Tokyo — moments filled with laughter, curiosity, and cultural exchange.
Through “Fermentful Wonders!”, I welcome travelers from all over the world into my home kitchen for a hands-on, heartwarming experience they’ll never forget.
Let’s knead, cook, and connect — one noodle at a time!
At Fermentful Wonders,
we offer authentic Japanese home
cooking experiences in Tokyo for travelers
looking for something truly local and
meaningful.
